  I am a professionally trained Chef from Halifax, specialising in plant based cuisine. I have backgrounds in Holisic Nurition and Herbal Medicine, and I am curently a student at Dalhousie University pursuing a double major in Sustainability and the Sociology of Food and Health.

I am very passionate about food, and have a deep interest in food systems, politics, and public health programs. I hope to get involved in food based education, particuarly with youth.
