Dr. Theresa Schumilas

  I study how emerging digital platforms can both help,  and pose new challenges for sustainable food movements around the world.  I am employed by the Laurier Centre for Sustainable Food Systems as a post-doctoral scholar.  In addition,  I am the Founding Director for Open Food Network Canada.  A new not-for-profit that codes, curates and deploys open-source digital tools to help move the food movement.
