Tour - "Grand Potager ", Centre for Urban Agriculture in Montreal

The Grand Potager brings together the municipality, social enterprises, community organisations and the public in an innovative new business model that showcases how to cultivate fruit, vegetables and even fish in the city! Each member supports the others through group buying, a common pool of volunteers, and shared efforts in visibility and communications. The first portion of the tour will touch on the social structure of the organisation, explanation of member projects, followed by a hands-on workshop: vegetable gardening in the city.

*The tour will take place at the Grand Potager (7000 LaSalle boul.) but departure is from Concordia. Meet at Assembly registration in MB Atrium.
