
Sefi Amir is co-owner of Boucherie Lawrence, and the restaurants Lawrence and Larrys in Montreal. All three focus, each in their own way, on the promotion and support of local, sustainable and thoughtful agriculture. Boucherie Lawrence carries meat and other products from small independent Québec producers, while the restaurants use these same products for their food preparation.
