Hugh Joseph is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tufts University’s Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston, MA, where he directs the Tufts Sustainable Diets Project and teaches graduate courses in Food Systems and Sustainable Diets. Joseph has also spent most of his career working on local food systems and antihunger initiatives. He is Director of ISED Solutions, a national program that works with refugees farming projects across the United States.
