Paul M. Taylor is the Executive Director of FoodShare Toronto. FoodShare is the largest food security organization in Canada. Paul has long been a champion of social justice through leadership and has impacted various communities, both during his time in Vancouver, Bristish Columbia and in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario.
Paul uses strategic thinking, humour and creativity to inspire and connect with his colleagues, volunteers and everyone that he meets. When asked about his most influential experiences, he talks about growing up materially poor and how those experiences have inspired much of Paul’s activism. He is a tireless anti-poverty and right to food advocate.
Paul’s impact reaches far beyond regional or provincial boundaries. His leadership journey first began as a teacher in Toronto, then as a Vice Principal and a Business Administration Instructor.
