Welcome to Earthbound! This new online journal will shine a spotlight on our changing food culture, as reflected in the growing organic and urban food movement. We will document these positive changes: from permaculture farming, the development of food security organizations and the farm to table movement, to the enthusiasm for urban agriculture now blossoming across the country.
