Food waste is one of the biggest challenges of our time. In Québec, there is a diversity of innovative projects to reduce food waste, whether at the provincial level with the food recuperation program of the Food Banks of Québec, or at the regional level with the Anti-Food Waste Squad of Outaouais, Moisson Mauricie/Centre-du-Québec, and the Network Against Food Waste (RÉGAL). These four organisations will talk about their strategies to reduce waste, the lessons learned, and the collective power of working together.
