FLEdGE: Food, Locally Embedded, Globally Engaged is a multi-year SSHRC-funded Partnership Project that examines sustainable food systems from a wide range of interdisciplinary perspectives. With over 90 national and international research partners, FLEdGE’s community-based and participatory action research aims to create and support transformative sustainable food systems that are socially just, supportive of local economies, are ecologically regenerative, and foster citizen engagement. At this invitation-only meeting of the core FLEdGE research team we will discuss next steps for the partnership project.
